Who are we?
Operating under Pierce Enterprises, LLC, Pierce 3D Tours has been a luxury real estate photography and marketing business since 2020. Based in Howard County, Maryland, we provide virtual tours, single property marketing websites, and drone shots to local clients. While we operate out of Howard County, we still provide service to all of Maryland, the District of Washington, and Northern Virginia.
Our Mission
At Pierce 3D Tours, our mission is to provide premium photography services for residential and commercial properties. We strive to deliver high quality content in a timely manner and for a fair price. Our business places customer satisfaction as our top priority and offers clients an immense amount of say in what our produced content will look like.

The Founder
John Pierce is a college student from Howard County, Maryland. He is current studying finance at Cornell University’s Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. Having grown up in the early 2,000’s, John watched his hometown enter a massive developmental period that still shows no sign of slowing down. This development inspired his interest in architecture and real estate. John founded Pierce 3D Tours to engage with these interests and he has since mastered all of the skillsets listed above to operate the business on his own.
